Delivery Policy for RupBaz

RupBaz is committed to delivering your products safely and on time.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Inside Dhaka: up to 5 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: up to 10 working days.
  • Note: Note: Delivery time starts after the order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on the location and weight of the product.
    • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over BDT [3,000] from a single vendor.

3. Partial Delivery & Inspection

  •  No Partial Delivery: To maintain operational security, we do not allow partial deliveries. Customers must receive the entire package. If any item is incorrect or damaged, it must be reported through our Return Policy.
    • Unboxing: We recommend recording an unboxing video to claim refunds for damaged or missing items.

4. Shipping Responsibility for Errors

If a product is damaged or incorrectly sent by the Seller:
   • The customer will receive a full refund including delivery charges, OR
   • A Free Replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order will be returned to the Seller. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD), repeated failed attempts may result in the suspension of the COD facility for that user.

6. Multi-Vendor Shipments

Since RupBaz is a multi-vendor platform, items from different sellers in a single order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Each package will have a unique tracking ID.
