Welcome to RupBaz.com.<\/strong> By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Nature of the Marketplace<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

RupBaz operates as a multi-vendor online marketplace. We provide a platform for independent Sellers (Vendors) to list products and for Buyers to purchase them. RupBaz is not the manufacturer or the direct seller of the products listed by third-party vendors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Product Warranty & Quality<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Vendor Responsibility:<\/strong> Any warranty or guarantee for a product is strictly provided by<\/strong>
    the Vendor or the Manufacturer.<\/strong><\/li>
  • No RupBaz Liability:<\/strong> RupBaz does not o\u01afer any additional warranty. We are not liable
    for any repairs, replacements, or claims related to product performance or durability.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    3. Vendor Obligations & Listing Accuracy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Accuracy:<\/strong> Vendors must provide 100% accurate information regarding product titles,
      descriptions, and images.<\/li>
    • Penalties:<\/strong> If a Vendor provides misleading images or incorrect product descriptions,
      RupBaz reserves the right to impose financial penalties (fines),<\/strong> remove the listing,
      or terminate the Vendor\u2019s account.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      4. Dispute Resolution (The Mediator Role)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Mediation:<\/strong> In case of a dispute between a Buyer and a Seller (e.g., regarding product
        quality or return), RupBaz will act as the o\u01aficial Mediator.<\/strong><\/li>
      • \u00a0Final Decision:<\/strong> Both Buyers and Sellers agree that the decision made by RupBaz in<\/strong>
        any dispute shall be final and binding on all parties.<\/strong> No further claims will be
        entertained once RupBaz reaches a verdict.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        5. Pricing and Order Cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • Pricing Errors:<\/strong> In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., technical glitch), RupBaz
          reserves the right to cancel the order even after confirmation.<\/li>
        • Right to Refuse:<\/strong> We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud,
          stock unavailability, or violation of our policies.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          RupBaz acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for any damages (direct or indirect)
          resulting from the use of products purchased through the platform. The responsibility for
          product safety and legality lies solely with the Vendor<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          7. Delivery and Returns<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • Third-Party Logistics:<\/strong> Delivery is carried out by third-party courier partners. RupBaz is
            not liable for delays caused by logistics companies or force majeure (e.g., natural
            disasters, strikes).<\/li>
          • Policies:<\/strong> All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            8. Termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            RupBaz reserves the right to suspend or ban any user (Buyer or Seller) who violates these
            Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or harms the reputation of the platform<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            9. Governing Law\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
