  • Condition:<\/strong> Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all

  • Non-Returnable Items:<\/strong> For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products,
    innerwear, perishable items, and digital goods are not eligible for return unless they are

  • Unboxing Video (Recommended):<\/strong> To ensure a smooth claim process, we strongly
    recommend recording an unboxing video. This serves as vital proof for damaged or

      • Step 2:<\/strong> Once the request is initially reviewed, you will be instructed to send the product
        directly to the Seller’s address.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Step 3:<\/strong> The Vendor will perform a Quality Check (QC) upon receiving the item.<\/li>\n
      • Note:<\/strong> If a dispute arises during the Seller’s QC, RupBaz will act as the Mediator<\/strong>, and
        our decision will be final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        4. Exchange Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Option to Exchange:<\/strong> Instead of a refund, you may choose to exchange the product for
          the same item (if available) or a di\u01aferent size\/color from the same Seller<\/li>\n
        • Exchange Shipping:<\/strong> If the exchange is due to a mistake by the Vendor, shipping costs
          are free. For “change of mind” or size issues (where the size sent was correct as per
          order), the buyer may be responsible for shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Payment Processing:<\/strong> Please note that the 5\u201310 days timeframe is for RupBaz to<\/strong>
            release the funds.<\/strong> Additional time may be required by the payment gateway (e.g.,
            SSLCommerz, bKash) or your bank to credit the amount to your account.<\/li>\n
          • Non-Refundable:<\/strong> Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an
            error by the Vendor or RupBaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            6. Partial Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            If an order contains multiple items and only one is returned, a partial refund corresponding to
