Applies To:<\/strong> All registered and verified sellers on<\/strong> RupBaz.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Welcome to RupBaz<\/strong>. To ensure a high-quality shopping experience and a fair marketplace<\/strong>, all
Sellers must adhere to the following policies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Seller Eligibility & Verification<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • KYC Compliance:<\/strong> Sellers must be Bangladeshi citizens or registered business entities
    with a valid Trade License, NID, and a Bank or bKash account.<\/li>
  • Verification:<\/strong> No products can be published until the Seller completes the KYC (Know
    Your Customer) verification process.<\/li>
  • Platform Fees:<\/strong> Currently, there is no Registration or Subscription Fee.<\/strong> However,
    RupBaz reserves the right to introduce such fees in the future with prior notice.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    2. Product Listing & Authenticity<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Genuine Products:<\/strong> Only authentic and legal products are allowed.<\/li>
    • Counterfeit Goods:<\/strong> Selling fake, replica, or counterfeit items is strictly prohibited.<\/li>
    • Legal Responsibility:<\/strong> If a Seller lists counterfeit products and a brand owner takes legal
      action, RupBaz shall be held harmless and is not liable<\/strong> for such violations. The Seller
      will bear all legal costs and consequences.<\/li>
    • Prohibited Items:<\/strong> Drugs, weapons, adult content, or any illegal substance under
      Bangladesh law are strictly banned.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      3. Order Fulfillment & Packaging<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Timelines:<\/strong> Sellers must confirm orders within 24 hours<\/strong> and hand over the product to
        the courier within 48 hours.<\/strong><\/li>
      • Stock Management:<\/strong> Sellers must immediately update “Out of Stock” status for
        unavailable items.<\/li>
      • Cancellation:<\/strong> While there is currently no financial penalty for order cancellations by the
        Seller, frequent cancellations will negatively affect the Seller Rating<\/strong> and visibility on the
        platform.<\/li>
      • Packaging:<\/strong> Sellers must ensure professional and secure packaging to prevent damage
        during transit<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        4. Commission & Financial Settlement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • Commission:<\/strong> RupBaz will deduct a predefined commission from each successful sale.<\/li>
        • Payout Cycle:<\/strong> Earnings will be credited to the Seller\u2019s wallet after the Order<\/strong>
          Completion<\/strong> and the Return Period<\/strong> has expired.<\/li>
        • Payment Methods:<\/strong> Payouts are processed weekly via Bank transfer or bKash.<\/li>
        • Fraud Prevention:<\/strong> RupBaz reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity
          (e.g., self-purchasing, fake orders) is detected.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          5. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • Seller Fault:<\/strong> If a return is due to Seller error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), the
            Seller must bear the return shipping cost.<\/strong><\/li>
          • Resolution:<\/strong> Sellers must resolve customer complaints within 72 hours.<\/strong><\/li>
          • Final Authority:<\/strong> If a dispute between a Buyer and Seller remains unresolved, RupBaz<\/strong>
            will act as the mediator<\/strong>, and its decision shall be final and binding.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            • Sellers must own the rights to the images and text used in their listings. Using
              copyrighted brand logos or stolen images without authorization is prohibited.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              7. Account Suspension & Termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              RupBaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any Seller who:<\/p>

              • Violates any part of this Seller Policy.<\/li>
              • Engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices.<\/li>
              • Consistently receives poor ratings from customers.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                8. Future Expansion (Phase-2)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                International sellers (in Phase-2) must comply with export-import laws, and payouts will be integrated with global methods like Payoneer or Wise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                9. Governing Law<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh<\/strong>. Any legal disputes shall be settled under the
